The classes

For students of all levels and experience, who are in fair health, and wish to improve their yogasana practice. The students learn at their own pace, and develop deeper awareness and sensitivity in the asana being taught in the class. There is no categorisation like beginers or advanced; all levels together.

However, A key element of the Iyengar method yogasana practice is that asana's have therapeutic benefits. Students who need help with certain health issues may attend this class. Anjani discusses these issues with the student, and then decides how the student can participate in the class. She will pay specific attention to this students needs.

  • All participants need to bring their own kit: 1 sticky mat, 2 blankets, 2 wooden bricks, 2 belts, 1 pink bandage for pranayam class.
